In case the participant cancels any order online up to 7 days before the workshop is scheduled, the entire order amount minus payment gateway fees, will be refunded.
In case the participant cancels the order after 7 days prior to the workshop is scheduled, we are not able to offer any refund.
No refunds are offered for paid workshops that are completed but are not attended by registered participants. We do not refund no-shows.
In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total paid amount will be refunded.
In case of a cancelled workshop, we will refund the entire amount for the workshop, or offer you services or products at the same rate.
In case of failed transactions, payment will be refunded by our payment gateway partners.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 working days, but typically within 3-5 working days
